Arden Land Partners is run by Jordon Nattress and is the data controller for your information. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number [ICO REG NUMBER]. Contact: contact@ardenlandpartners.co.uk.
We hold your name, postal address and details of land you own. We get these from HM Land Registry's public register of title, which anyone can search for a small fee. If you contact us or use the enquiry form on our website, we also keep the details you give us (your name, email address, phone number if provided, the land's location and size, your letter reference and your message) and notes of our conversations. Form submissions are stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts our website.
We write to you to ask whether you'd like to explore your land's potential with a land promoter. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running our business by contacting owners of land that may be suitable, in a way we believe is reasonable and expected. We keep contact limited and stop as soon as you ask.
We only pass your details to a land promoter if you agree. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We may share it if the law requires it, for example anti-money-laundering checks.
If you don't reply, we keep your details for up to 2 years, then delete them. If you opt out, we keep only a minimal note so we don't write to you again.
To stop hearing from us, email contact@ardenlandpartners.co.uk with "opt out" and the name and address the letter was sent to. We'll act on it promptly and confirm by email.
Our website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics that track you. Our host may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the site from abuse.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or object to us using it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
