Selling land for development in Nuneaton & Bedworth

For landowners in the Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council area. Local plan status checked against council sources on 12 October 2026.

In short: if you own a field, paddock or larger parcel in Nuneaton & Bedworth, a land promoter may be willing to fund the planning work at no upfront cost to you. We can introduce you to one. Nothing happens without your agreement.

Where the local plan stands

Nuneaton and Bedworth adopted its Borough Plan Review (2021–2039) on 10 December 2025. It replaces the 2011–2031 Borough Plan and is now the main development plan for the borough.

Green Belt and grey belt in Nuneaton & Bedworth

With a recently adopted plan, new allocations usually come through the next review. Land promoters often position sites early for that process. The south of the borough, between Bedworth and Coventry, includes Green Belt where grey belt policy may be relevant. Read our plain-English guide to grey belt land.

How an introduction works

Tell us roughly where your land is and its size. We do some free desk checks, then, if it looks promising and you agree, we introduce you to a land promoter who works in the area. Their fee comes from the eventual sale, and our fee is paid by the promoter. Always take independent legal advice before signing anything. More on how land promotion works.
